How to Begin Your Custom Hair Order: 

1. Start by completing the form or reaching out to us at (689) 312-2253 between 9 AM and 5 PM EST to schedule a virtual consultation. We will also provide you with hair wig cap samples for your selection.
2. While having a PRO account is recommended, it is not mandatory. We do suggest purchasing our Color Swatch Set or having some prior purchasing history with our wigs. Our minimum order requirement is just 3 wigs or 6 hairpieces.
3. You also have the option to supply your own hair bundles if you prefer.
4. Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we will contact our suppliers to obtain a cost estimate. Subsequently, we will send you a purchase order, and a 50% deposit will be required to initiate your order.
5. Upon receiving your deposit, our suppliers will commence the production of your custom order.
6. When your custom order arrives at our supply house in Florida, our meticulous quality control process begins. We inspect every aspect of the hair, from root to tip, ensuring it perfectly aligns with your design request. Additionally, we wash and perform a tangle test to determine the natural texture. Only when we are satisfied with the quality do we allow the hair to air dry.
